Alex Appel

Alex Appel (they/them) is a queer and trans licensed massage therapist. They graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2019.

The core of Alex’s practice lies in holism, the interconnectedness of the physical and energetic systems of the body; addressing your whole being and not a set of symptoms or pathologies. They work with Central Nervous System therapies, somatic psychology and polyvagal informed therapy. Their sessions combine Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation.

Alex is passionate about offering gender affirming care, and supporting surgery preparation/recovery, emotional trauma, autoimmune conditions, and chronic pain.
